Mid-century lamps
The love for mid-century modern lamps is here to stay. You might be a purist, with a living room decked out with furniture by such icons as George Nelson, Charles and Ray Eames, or Harry Bertoia. Or you might simply like the stylish yet functional accent here and there, that a well-placed floor lamp, table lamp, wall lamp or ceiling lamp in a mid-century style can provide in any setting.
Corinthian medium spiral version table lamp
A custom version specified by a client.
They needed the lamp to be a certain height and width. The spiral had to turn to the right. Finish: aged gold leaf.
They needed the shade to be a warm specific orange. We found them a beautiful chantung silk. Gold lined.
As it was a high end setting we fitted the lamp with double lamp socket cluster. Silk cord.
Base + shade 70cm H
Size of shade : 32.5cm/ 22.5/25h
We can make a perfect symmetrical pair, where one will have the spiral going left, the other going right. See added pic.
