The love for mid-century modern lamps is here to stay. You might be a purist, with a living room decked out with furniture by such icons as George Nelson, Charles and Ray Eames, or Harry Bertoia. Or you might simply like the stylish yet functional accent here and there, that a well-placed floor lamp, table lamp, wall lamp or ceiling lamp in a mid-century style can provide in any setting.
Antique porcelain oval vase mounted as lamp
A single lamp made from an elegant oval vase with ears/handles.
Back and front show different images. You decide which image goes in the front.
We drilled the vase, added a gilt wood plinth and insert.
Fitted it with a double E14 lamp holder cluster + finial.
Shown with a black chintz oval shade ( 35x19, 25.5x12.5, 16h)
